Some metered firms have an incentive to take you the long way round. We don't — the fare is locked, so the driver's incentive is to get you there in time. Our regulars notice the difference within one trip.
We pull live arrival data the moment you give us your flight number. If you land 40 minutes early, your driver's already adjusting. If you land 90 minutes late, the wait clock starts at your actual landing time — not at your scheduled one.
