SM3 & SM5 — now core.
Worcester Park and Carshalton joined the core zone in March 2026. Pickup times in those two postcodes dropped from 11 minutes to under 7 inside six weeks, once we'd recruited two long-time Sutton drivers full-time.
EasyCab covers every postcode in KT, TW9–TW12, SW15–SW18, and SM3–SM7, plus most of Surrey. Within our core zone we hold a four-to-eight-minute pickup, day or night. Outside it we say so clearly. No mystery boundaries, no "sorry, that's outside our area" fifteen seconds after you've booked.
Across KT, TW, SW and SM, with full coverage out into Surrey.
Day or night, in zones with sub-3 km cab density.
That's why the dispatcher can promise a time and stick to it.
Pickups from our zone, drop-offs anywhere on the mainland.
A rough shape of where we operate. The Thames runs along the top of the zone, the M25 sits at the bottom, and the densest cab cover sits in the green core — Kingston, Richmond, Putney, Sutton — where we keep enough drivers within 3 km to hold a sub-8-minute pickup.
We split the coverage area into six working zones based on how many cabs we keep within a few kilometres of each high street. That density is what sets the pickup time — not your booking volume or the weather or what tier you signed up to. Pick your zone, see the postcodes, see the time we'll quote.

See area pageThe pickup time we quote isn't the average we hope to hit — it's the time the dispatcher is willing to pin to the booking. Here's exactly what happens when reality and the quote don't agree.
The price you saw when you booked is the price you pay, whether your driver is two minutes early or six minutes late. We don't bill for traffic we didn't warn you about.
If a driver is going to be more than 5 minutes later than the quoted ETA, dispatch rings you before the car moves. You decide whether to wait, reassign, or cancel — no charge if you walk away.
If a core-zone pickup slips 15 minutes past the quote and it's our fault (not traffic, not weather), the ride comes off the bill. We've done it twice in the last six months. Both times the driver still finished the trip.
The booking screen shows your driver's name, photo, plate and ETA in real time from the moment they accept. No more "where is my cab" panic — and no fake "your driver is approaching" loops while they're parked three streets over.
Each town below has a dedicated page with local landmarks, station pickup points, sample fixed fares to the airports, and three FAQs that only matter if you live there. Pick the one closest to your front door.
Pickups stay inside our coverage area because that's how we hold the eight-minute promise. But once you're in the cab, we'll take you anywhere on the British mainland — including the long, well-priced runs to other UK cities that come in handy on a train-strike Friday.
Six questions we hear from people checking whether we cover their street. If yours isn't here, the booking form is the fastest answer — type the postcode and it'll tell you in under a second.
Twenty-three towns covered. One fare logic. Eleven years of holding the pickup time we quoted. Three taps and you're in the back of a clean car.
